The 15th Annual Conference of the Taiwan Head and Neck Tumor Medical Association, along with the International Academic Symposium (Joint Meeting of the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery and the Yang Ji-chuan International Head and Neck Tumor Forum), was successfully held at Kaohsiung Veterans General Hospital on October 15-16, 2022.

The event featured online lectures by distinguished professors, including Prof. Chris Holsinger, Prof. Mark Zafereo, Prof. Derrick T. Lin from the United States, and Prof. Seiichi Yoshimoto from Japan. In addition, experts from various specialties, such as head and neck tumor surgery, oral surgery, reconstructive and plastic surgery, radiation oncology, hematology-oncology, and medical imaging, were invited to participate.

The conference aimed to explore the latest medical knowledge and advancements in the treatment of head and neck tumors, fostering exchanges among physicians from both domestic and international contexts, with the ultimate goal of achieving comprehensive patient care.
